Release notes: PACTIUS Contract Management March 2023

We are pleased to introduce a number of new features to the PACTIUS platform. These features have been requested by our existing users, so we are delighted to make them available to you.

You can read more about the new features below and you will be able to start using them in PACTIUS today.

Managing documents on contracts 

We have made a number of updates to the documents tab under your contracts. This help to give you a better overview of your documentation on the contract and will be particularly beneficial if you have many documents on a contract. This includes, among others: Filtering by document category or important files. Improved document icons and a simple overview of documents with multiple versions. 

Bulk download of documents on contracts 

If one of your contracts consists of many documents, downloading each document separately can be a tedious affair. That's why we have introduced the possibility to download multiple documents on a contract at the same time. Select the documents you want to download and download them all at once in one zip file. 

Updating obligations via import on contracts 

You currently have the possibility to create obligations on a contract via our import tool. However, if you want to make updates to existing obligations, this has not been possible via the import. But now it is, you can download an import template for your obligations on a contract and subsequently import/update based on it. 

Note: We recommend that this feature is primarily used in the setup of your contracts - and not when the contract is in operation, here we recommend that obligations are updated directly in PACTIUS. 

Possibility to insert active links in the description of an obligation 

When you create an obligation on a contract, you may need to refer to the documentation that is located elsewhere than in PACTIUS. For example, it could be a procedure on your intranet. Now you have the possibility to insert links in the description of an obligation, after which the link becomes active and can be used by the person who has to fulfill the obligation afterward.
