How does the AI Compliance Assistant differ from AI Quality Scan?

AI Quality Scan checks documents against a fixed standard or template you've defined. The AI Compliance Assistant is for open-ended questions and ad hoc comparisons, for example asking which contracts expire soon, which records are missing required fields, or holding an external draft up against your existing material.

Can I trust the answers from the assistant?

Yes. The assistant shows its reasoning and lists the exact documents it used as the basis for each answer, so you can verify the source for every response. Nothing is treated as a black box.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

You can ask about deadlines, values, clauses, counterparties, missing documentation, risk exposure and much more. Examples include 'Which contracts expire in the next 30 days?', 'Which records are missing a data processing agreement?', and 'Find the agreements with the largest contract sum.'

Can I narrow the assistant's search?

Yes. You can filter the records the assistant searches in before you ask your question. This reduces noise and gives you more precise answers.
