Working through a contract to identify every obligation, then writing each one up by hand, is slow and detailed work where it's easy to miss something. AI Contract Obligations reads the document for you, turns what it finds into ready-to-review suggestions, and leaves every decision in your hands.

Reads the whole document: Open a document on your contract, click "Find obligations with AI", and the system works through the text for anything that could be an obligation, suggesting a name, a description and any other detail an obligation can hold.
Dates filled in where possible: Where a start date can be worked out from the text, it's added for you.
Review before anything is created: Click through each suggestion, adjust the description where it needs it, and decide case by case whether to create it or leave it out.
Duplicates flagged for you: If a suggestion might duplicate an obligation you already have, it's flagged and left out by default. You can still create it if it belongs.
Two ways to run it: Start from a document on the contract, or go straight to the obligations tab, pick any document and run it through there, with no need to open the document first.
