Design your own contract creation process with customised steps. Drag and drop to change the order, add new steps or remove those you don't use. The system automatically guides users through each step, ensuring no important information is forgotten along the way.

Once your templates are ready, everyone in the organisation can create new contracts and assets at lightning speed. Select the relevant template, fill in the required fields, and get a complete record based on your standards every time.

Custom asset templates

You can now create asset templates just like you do for contracts. Go to Settings and open the Asset Templates section to define which steps appear when a new asset is registered. Reorder steps, remove those you don't need, and add them back if you change your mind – everything works exactly the same way as with contract templates.

Custom input fields for assets

Asset input fields work exactly the same way as contract input fields. Create the fields you need, choose from a range of field types, and group and sort them to appear in the order you want within your asset templates. Use standard fields or create your own.
