1. Introduction

1.1

The following are, .legal’suser terms (hereinafter “User Terms”). The User Terms describes the rules for the activities regarding the utilisation of .legal’s Cloud-based “Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)”-products (hereinafter “Service” or “Services”). When using the Services, the following User Terms are accepted without any constraint or reservation. The User Terms operates in addition to .legals Terms of Service. Please read thoroughly.  

 

2. Access

2.1

Access to the Services is personal and may only be used by the User. The User is responsible for ensuring that access codes for the Services are kept confidential and not exploited. 

 

3. Activities

3.1

The User declares that the User will not perform and/or cause a third party to perform, any of the following activities: 

A.

Misuse or any other use of the Services apart from the intended purpose.

B.

Test or examinate of the vulnerability of any system regarding the Services or circumvent any security measures.  

C.

Use the Services for fraud or any other illegal activities. 

D.

Unauthorised use of or access to the Services without prior authorisation.

E.

Impersonate any person, user or entity, including, but not limited to, one of .legal’s employees, an Admin, a Costumer or any other Authorised Users of the Services. 

F.

Use the Services to violate the privacy of others, including transmitting private and/or confidential information without consent.  

G.

Use the Services to perform or encourage others to perform any activities concerning discrimination or stalking. Including but not limited to discrimination based on ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation or disability. 

 

4. Changes

4.1

The User declares that the User will not upload or transmit following using the Services:

A.

To send illegal, threatening, harassing or hateful content or to encourage other to send material with such content. Including material containing illegal or/and offensive material about children.  

B.

Upload material that infringes our or a third party’s intellectual property or other forms of piracy, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, patents and trade secrets. 

C.

Upload any material or content that harms or otherwise disrupts .legal’s Services.
