How much does .legal cost?
.legal costs from €0 per month and comes in three plans: Free, Core and Enterprise. Free is the compliance platform on its own and is free forever with an unlimited number of users. Core is the platform plus the modules you choose to add — each module costs €200 per month (DKK 1,500). Enterprise is priced on request. All prices exclude VAT, are billed monthly and carry no lock-in period.
What is the difference between Free, Core and Enterprise?
Free is the .legal Compliance Platform on its own: free forever, unlimited users and no credit card. Core is the platform plus the modules you choose to add — each module costs €200 per month (DKK 1,500), and you can extend it with add-ons and bundles. Enterprise is for groups with several companies, organisations with more than 250 employees and anyone who needs Enterprise Risk Management, bespoke terms or a dedicated Customer Success contact. Enterprise is priced on request.
Is there a free version of .legal?
Yes. The Free plan is the .legal Compliance Platform, which costs €0 per month and is free forever. No card details are needed to get started, the number of users is unlimited, and onboarding and support are included.
How much does a module cost?
Each module costs €200 per month (DKK 1,500). There are five modules to choose from: Information and Cyber Security, Vendor Management, Data Protection, Contract Management and Frameworks. The price is the same whichever module you choose, and you decide how many of them your organisation needs.
How much do the add-ons cost?
Add-ons are priced individually per month: Single Sign-on €0 (DKK 0), AI Features €0 as a subscription plus a usage-based charge, CVR Integration €14 (DKK 100), Document Search & OCR €40 (DKK 300), Custom Lists €50 (DKK 375), Policy Management €50 (DKK 400), Contract Obligations €135 (DKK 1,000), Public API €135 (DKK 1,000), Advanced User Management €200 (DKK 1,500) and Templates and Custom Fields €270 (DKK 2,000). Enterprise Risk Management has no list price — it is part of the Enterprise plan and is quoted on request.
Does .legal charge per user?
No. Prices in .legal are per month for the organisation, not per user. The number of users is unlimited on both the Free plan and on every module, so the price does not go up as more of your colleagues start using the system.
Is there a lock-in period or any hidden fees?
No. .legal is billed monthly with no lock-in period, and all prices exclude VAT and other duties. There are no compulsory modules: the platform itself is free, and you only pay for the modules and add-ons you choose to add. Onboarding and support are included in the price. The only variable cost is AI Features, which is billed on usage on top of the subscription.
How much does Enterprise Risk Management cost?
Enterprise Risk Management has no fixed list price. It is part of the Enterprise plan and is quoted on request, because its scope and complexity vary from one organisation to the next — contact sales for a quote. Enterprise Risk Management can be combined with the Information and Cyber Security, Vendor Management and Data Protection modules.
How much do AI Features cost?
AI Features costs €0 as a fixed subscription and is billed on usage instead, depending on the amount of content processed. The add-on can be combined with Information and Cyber Security, Vendor Management, Data Protection, Contract Management and Frameworks.
Is there a discount for buying several modules together?
Yes. The Contracts bundle gives 10% off and combines the Contract Management module with the AI Features, Contract Obligations, Document Search & OCR and Templates and Custom Fields add-ons.
What does .legal cost for a group with several companies?
Several group companies fall under the Enterprise plan and are priced on request — contact sales for a quote. Group companies give you one consolidated view across the companies and make it possible to reuse documentation where the companies resemble each other.
When should we choose Enterprise?
Choose Enterprise if you need to manage compliance for several group companies, are an organisation with more than 250 employees, need Enterprise Risk Management, want bespoke terms or want a dedicated Customer Success contact. Enterprise is priced on request — contact sales for a quote.
