Counting units

Our pricing model is based on the number of units you register in your Privacy platform. Each unit costs an amount per month and thus your subscription price is based on the complexity of your organisation and your documentation.

An entity is the companies you create in Privacy. These can be your own group companies, but also the data processors you use and the third parties to whom you disclose data. There are some exceptions, so for example, we will not count companies that are only registered because they are your sub-processor and if you are a business that is a data processor and therefore creates your customers in Privacy, we will not count these either.
