Danish public sector organisations can buy the .legal compliance platform through SKI's dynamic purchasing system 02.06 Standard Software. SKI pre-qualifies the suppliers and provides the contract templates, so you do not need to run your own EU tender.

What is SKI 02.06 Standard Software?

SKI, the Danish national procurement agency for central and local government, runs 02.06 Standard Software as a dynamic purchasing system. It took effect on 17 August 2026 and runs until 2051.

It covers five service areas: standard software, support and maintenance, installation and implementation, training and advisory services. Municipalities, regions and state institutions can use it. For state institutions it is mandatory for purchases above DKK 500,000.

Prepare

Define your needs and choose a category in SKI's system. Category 1 is evaluated on price. Category 2 is evaluated on price and quality.

Publish the purchase in SKI's system. All admitted suppliers in the category can submit a bid. .legal is admitted to both categories, so we can bid whichever you choose.

Award

Evaluate the bids, award the contract and register it in the system. We then plan onboarding with you.
