We're pleased to share improvements based on your feedback. This release focuses on enhanced document management, workflow efficiency, and better visibility across compliance activities.
Group Company Governance on Policy Documents
We've introduced group company governance for documents under policies, providing the same functionality as on legal entities. When you upload a document to a policy, you can select which group companies the document should be available to.
Only users with access to at least one of the selected group companies will be able to view and search for the document. This ensures better control over document sharing across the organisation and makes it easier to manage access to sensitive documents.
Subtasks Can be Rearranged
You can now rearrange the order of subtasks using drag-and-drop. The feature is available both on annual wheel activities, tasks and obligations.
This allows you to structure subtasks by priority or workflow without having to delete and recreate them in the desired order.
Link a processing activity to an audit or classification
Processing activities can now be linked to audits and classifications in the same way as assets. When you send an audit or create a classification, you can choose to link it to one or more processing activities.
You can only select either processing activities or assets – not both simultaneously. This provides greater flexibility in how you structure your compliance documentation.
Send Audit
If a processing activity is linked to an audit, the email sent to the respondent will also mention that the audit should be answered in relation to the chosen processings activities.
Add Classification
Audit tab and classification tab on processing activities
Processing activities now have a new tab named "Classifications". The tab displays all classifications linked to that specific processing activity.
Furthermore, we have added a toggle to the audit tab on processing activities, where you can toggle between internal assessments and external audits. Also displaying audits related to the specific processing activity.
Data processor name in audit email
Audit emails now display the data processor's company name in parentheses after the contact person's name. This makes it easier to identify which company the audit concerns – particularly useful for external compliance officers handling audits on behalf of multiple clients.
